TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the SOVELUNA online store. SOVELUNA offers digital products, in particular downloadable e-books and digital guides.

3. Products
The products offered by SOVELUNA are digital content provided electronically and are not supplied on a physical medium.
The description, scope and price of each digital product are shown on the respective product page before an order is placed.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the button used to complete the purchase, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the digital product contained in the order.
SOVELUNA accepts the offer by sending an electronic order confirmation or by making the purchased digital content available to the customer, whichever occurs first.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is correct and capable of receiving emails relating to the order.
5. Prices and Payment
The price applicable at the time of purchase is the price displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. Payment is due upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery of Digital Content
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful completion of the order, the purchased digital content is made available for download electronically.
No physical product will be shipped.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for having the technical equipment and software necessary to access and use the digital content.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information, including the conditions, deadlines and model withdrawal form, is provided in our Withdrawal Policy.
In the case of paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once performance has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to the beginning of performance before the end of that period, has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, and all other statutory requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been fulfilled.
8. Intellectual Property
All digital products and their contents, including texts, graphics, designs and other materials created by SOVELUNA, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital products are provided for the customer’s personal, non-commercial use only.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share or otherwise make the digital product or substantial parts of it available to third parties without prior permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.
9. Educational and Informational Purpose
SOVELUNA digital products relating to fitness, movement, nutrition and wellness are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for individualized advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare, nutrition, fitness or other professional.
Customers should take their individual circumstances into account and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. Statutory Rights and Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that consumers are entitled to under mandatory applicable law.
SOVELUNA is liable in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. Any limitations of liability contained in these Terms do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to consumers in their country of habitual residence.
